Dealing

1. The dealer will be determined randomly before the beginning of the tournament. The person that receives the first Ace from the deck will be dealer. The dealer's cards will be self-dealt. The dealer must cut the shuffled deck before dealing any cards.

2. Dealing will rotate clockwise around the table.

3. A second deck of cards will be provided to the person left of the dealer. They will shuffle this deck and be prepared to deal the next hand. In addition, this person will post the small blind.

4. The individual two positions to the left of the dealer will post the big blind.

5. Each player will be dealt two hole cards faced down.

6. The person to the left of the big blind begins the round of betting.

7. After each player has decided to call, bet, or raise, the dealer will discard, or burn, one card from the top of the deck, and place three community cards face up on the table. This is called the flop.

8. Another round of betting begins with the player to the left of the dealer.

9. After each player has decided to call, bet, or raise, the dealer will burn another card from the top of the deck, and place the fourth card face up on the table. This is called the turn card.

10. Another round of betting begins with the player to the left of the dealer.

11. After each player has decided to call, bet, or raise, the dealer will burn another card from the top of the deck, and place the fifth, and final, card face up on the table. This is called the river card.

12. The final round of betting begins with the player to the left of the dealer.

13. The dealer is responsible for determining the best five card hand among the remaining players.

14. The dealer must also collect and distribute all the chips from the main pot, and any side-pots between players.

15. If a player’s card is exposed to any player during dealing, that card is considered the burn card. The card must be displayed to all the players at the table, and can not be used during the hand.
